First things first is I will shatter the myth that we have to choose one career/business path for life. I'm here to tell you, no matter where you are in your career or entrepreneurial journey, it's never too late to start fresh.

 

The first step to finding and pursuing your passion is to Start to Dream again.

 

Remember those days when you were bursting with dreams and plans in your early 20s? Then life happened, and dreaming took a back seat. I get it. But guess what? You can start dreaming again. And believe me, it's a game-changer.

 

Here are a few ways to get started:

> Self-reflection: Find a quiet spot and ponder over questions like, "What used to excite me in the past?" and "If I could do anything, what would it be?"

 

> Pay Attention to Inspirational Stories: We all have our heroes. Some will resonate with you and some won’t. Paying attention helps us figure out why.

 

> Step out of your Comfort Zone: Staying complacent keeps us stuck.

 

> Try a vision board: Notice what resonates with you and what themes you notice.
